Community Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, manage, and grow WhatsApp community groups for students who complete training programs.
• Share engaging, creative content daily—posters, webinars, updates, placement news, and company highlights.
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with students so they remain connected and actively engage with our brand.
• Drive organic marketing by encouraging student interaction, participation, and word-of-mouth promotion.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams for brainstorming new engagement ideas, content plans, and learning activities.
• Work closely with training, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth flow of information and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement levels, collect feedback, and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
• Create a lively, interactive environment within each community group.

Requirements :

• Any UG Degree or MBA *
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
• Creative mindset with the ability to share or design engaging content.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with students.
• Must have a laptop and stable internet connection.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple groups.

Good to Have :

• Basic knowledge of Canva or poster creation tools.
• Experience managing college clubs, student groups, or online communities.
• Interest in student engagement, marketing, or the education/training industry.
