Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Community Manager will focus on building, nurturing, and engaging with online communities across various platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, responding to community questions and feedback, creating engaging content, coordinating outreach strategies, monitoring trends, analyzing community engagement metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align with brand vision and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in creating engaging content and managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, online community building, and audience engagement.
• Ability to monitor audience insights, analyze engagement trends, and utilize metrics to improve strategies.
• Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a problem-solving mindset to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and project management tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in community management for brands or agencies is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
