About the Role:

Community Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement:

   Build strong communication with local representatives and organisations.

2. Awareness Support:

   Share updates, program details, and customer guidance.

3. Coordination:

   Assist customers in understanding schedules and procedures.

4. Documentation:

   Maintain liaison logs, feedback notes, and daily coordination reports.

5. On-Ground Support:

   Assist during customer movement and scheduled travel activities.

6. Issue Resolution:

   Address local-level challenges promptly.

7. Information Relay:

   Provide clear and timely updates from the field.

8. Stakeholder Handling:

   Work with local partners to ensure organised activities.

9. Customer Support:

   Provide basic assistance to customers requiring help.

10. Consistency:

    Follow EasyDarshan guidelines for communication and behaviour.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Community Networking:

   Strong local connections and interpersonal skills.

2. Communication:

   Ability to interact confidently with groups and individuals.

3. Problem-Solving:

   Capability to resolve community-level challenges effectively.

4. Documentation Skills:

   Maintain clear and accurate records.

5. Adaptability:

   Comfortable in dynamic field environments.

6. Technical Skills:

   Basic use of mobile apps and reporting tools.

7. Experience:

   26 years in liaison or public engagement roles.

8. Education:

   Graduate preferred.

9. Local Language:

   Strong command of regional languages.

10. Service Mindset:

    Polite, patient, and approachable.
