Job Description We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media/Community Engagement Specialist to join our PR team and elevate Armaninos social media presence across channels. In this role, you will help drive lead generation and brand awareness by supporting our online brand reputation management and community engagement. Youll be instrumental in social listening and engaging with our audiences in real-time to capitalize on market trends and enhance our social media footprint. Support Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution : Assist in implementing a scalable social media strategy that aligns with Armaninos objectives and engages our target audiences. Work closely with a US-based team, including marketing leadership, social media partners, and our creative and inbound marketing teams to support broader marketing and demand-generation initiatives aligned with our business goals. Social Listening & Engagemen t: Monitor platforms to gauge brand sentiment, identify engagement and relationship-building opportunities, and influence public perception. Utilize social listening tools to gather data insights, optimize strategies, and enhance engagement. Engage with audiences by answering questions, participating in discussions, and driving conversations across social networks. Online Reputation Management : Oversee daily interactions on all social channels and select client review platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments, messages, and inquiries. Monitor sites for brand mentions, address potential issues, and escalate when necessary to maintain a positive online reputation. Reporting & Analytics : Collect and analyze data from social platforms to track the success of our community engagement and reputation management efforts. Provide actionable insights to improve future social media strategies. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with marketing leadership, social media partners, Creative and the Inbound Marketing team to support marketing-wide and demand-generation initiatives that align with business goals. Requirements Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience in B2B social media management or professional services. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and/or social media content creation. Familiarity with social media engagement and reputation management analytics tools. Ability to create compelling messaging, graphics, and video content; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Experience in LinkedIn required, with working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Strong writing skills tailored to B2B audiences across various platforms (social media, websites, blogs, etc.). Excellent critical thinking, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
