Ensure efficient handling of room assignments, key distribution, and luggage management. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using our PMS system. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless operations. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in hospitality or related field (front desk/guest relations). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests from diverse backgrounds. Basic knowledge of hotel operations and sales principles would be an added advantage.
