As a Communication Trainer at Foundever, you will play a crucial role in leading and directing the learning culture and vision for new hire batches. With a total experience of 5 years and relevant experience of 3+ years, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for new hire agents. Your flexibility with night shifts and BPO experience will be key in this role. Your primary focus will be to support the Learning Manager by providing development to on-site frontline staff to ensure the delivery of business objectives. You will manage training programs and the learning experience for adult learners at the site. Strong communication skills are essential for this role to effectively communicate training programs and ensure a smooth learning experience.
