Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with and act as one point contact between the Corporate Communications team in Singapore and field offices in India for all communications and marketing requirements for the group companies. Responsible for implementing communication and marketing activities such as report writing, media releases, preparation of branding collaterals, and internal/external events for the group of companies Work closely with the field offices in India, maritime institute (SIMS) and other departments to implement marketing requirements Assist the Editorial team in writing, editing, and contributing to the companys in-house monthly news bulletin and quarterly magazine Assist in social media management and content development for the group company platforms Perform administrative support, reports and ad hoc duties as and when necessary. REQUIREMENTS Strong writing skills mandatory, along with good verbal & presentation skills. Shortlisted applicants will be required to take a written test Experience in Media and Communications, interest in social media management Degree or Diploma in Journalism and or Media and Communications Proficient in Microsoft Office program Ability to work and collaborate with team members in different location and time zone Highly organized with attention to detail Demonstrated dedication to work effectively within tight timelines Team player with abilities and desire to interact with people at all levels Candidates with one to two years of similar experience
