We already have an in-house creative studio with 3D artists, video editors, and content talent.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Communication Designer / Art Director — someone who brings taste, skill, and creative curiosity to help us craft a world-class design identity.

The Role :

You’ll be the visual anchor of VIVRE’s storytelling.

From digital posts and lookbooks to brand films and exhibition visuals, you’ll ensure every piece of design that leaves the studio feels premium, consistent, and emotionally resonant.

This isn’t a corporate design job — it’s a creative role for someone who loves lifestyle brands, who obsesses over color balance and typography, and who wants to see their ideas turn into real campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our Founder and content/marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals that move people.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and refine the visual language of VIVRE — typography, layout, composition, photography style, and design consistency.
• Create digital and print assets for campaigns, catalogs, and product launches.
• Collaborate with 3D, video, and content teams to build cohesive storytelling across formats.
• Review and enhance all creative output — ensuring everything looks premium, not templated.
• Translate campaign ideas into polished visual designs for social media, web, and presentations.
• Build and maintain brand style guides and moodboards.
• Stay inspired — track design trends in lifestyle, fashion, and architecture.

Who You Are

• 2–6 years of experience in communication design, art direction, or visual branding.

• Formally trained in design (NID, Srishti, MIT-ID, Pearl, NIFT, or equivalent).

• Proven experience working with a D2C / lifestyle / fashion / design-led brand or agency.

• Excellent understanding of balance, typography, white space, and color.

• Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma is a plus.

• Strong aesthetic instincts — you understand why something “feels” premium.

• Proactive, open-minded, and comfortable receiving and giving feedback.

• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Kolkata.
