Job Description

We are seeking a

Telecom & Cloud Consulting Lead

with deep expertise in telecom domains such as

Cloud BSS, Telco on Cloud, AI/GenAI, Customer Experience, SMB, Order Management & Billing for B2B/B2C

. The ideal candidate will have extensive

client-facing experience with North American ICT clients

, strong leadership in managing consulting projects, and a proven ability to drive innovation and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver
management consulting projects
for North American clients, managing small to medium-sized teams.

Drive
innovation and transformation programs
, ensuring process enablement and efficiency improvements for telecom clients.

Provide strategic insights and expertise in
Cloud BSS, Telco on Cloud, AI/GenAI, Customer Experience, SMB, Order Management & Billing
.

Take an active role within the
Comms & Media industry group or across the Products group
, helping to build the practice, track key metrics, and drive growth initiatives.

Develop
assets, methodologies, research papers, and thought leadership content
to support business strategies and industry advancements.

Collaborate with the North America sales team to
identify and win new opportunities
, contributing to proposal development as a subject matter expert.

Lead proposals and
business development efforts
, working with cross-functional teams to create consensus-driven deliverables.

Translate customer needs into
business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Independently engage with stakeholders and
execute transformational change plans
aligned with business strategies.

Foster stakeholder alignment and commitment to
organizational change and digital transformation
initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Deep domain expertise
in one or more areas:
Cloud BSS, Telco on Cloud, AI/GenAI, Customer Experience, SMB, Order Management & Billing
.

Proven
client-facing experience
, preferably with
North American ICT clients
and international onsite exposure.

Strong
consulting and leadership experience
in driving telecom and cloud transformation initiatives.

Experience in
business development, proposals, and sales enablement
within the telecom sector.

Ability to develop
strategic assets, research, and thought leadership materials
for internal and external stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management and
change leadership experience
, with the ability to engage clients independently.

Expertise in
business process optimization, operational transformation, and digital strategy execution
.
