Commissioning Engineer

Position: Commissioning Engineer

Location: BHEL, Seepat Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Qualification:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE)

OR

• Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EE / EEE)

Experience:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in commissioning, preferably in power plants or heavy electrical industries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute commissioning activities for electrical systems and equipment at the project site.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and calibration of electrical components such as transformers, switchgear, motors, protection relays, etc.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with design, project, and operations teams for smooth installation and start-up.
• Prepare and maintain test reports, commissioning checklists, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning.
• Support site engineers and clients during handover and operational trials.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, protection, and control circuits.
• Hands-on experience with testing instruments and commissioning tools.
• Understanding of BHEL or similar project standards is preferred.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
