Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Pune. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting company services to prospective clients, and negotiating contracts. They will also be tasked with achieving sales targets, attending meetings, and providing regular sales reports. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities Client Relationship Management skills, with an emphasis on maintaining and building strong client relationships Presentation and Promotion skills, including the ability to present and promote company services effectively Contract Negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
