Job Title: Commis III or 2– Continental Kitchen Company: Caterspoint – Futuristic FoodsKitchen Type: Cloud Kitchen (Delivery-focused) Job Summary:Assist in the preparation and production of continental dishes (pastas, grills, sandwiches, sauces) for online delivery. Ensure speed, consistency, hygiene, and support senior kitchen staff in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities:Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking/pre-cooking. Follow recipes and portioning guidelines. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards. Pack food items as per delivery SOPs. Ensure timely mise en place for high-volume orders. Support smooth flow of kitchen operations during peak times. Requirements:Basic knowledge of continental food preparation. Experience or training in cloud/delivery kitchen (preferred). Familiar with hygiene and food safety protocols. Fast learner, team player, and can work under pressure.
