Job Description

Summary As a Dough Artisan, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring everything is primed for a seamless operation. Assist in pre-opening and post-closing duties to maintain a tidy workspace. Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and promptly address expired items, while also updating non-availability of ingredients or equipment. Assisting in various food and beverage preparation tasks, including pizza making and beverage blending. Job Description • Ensure the quality, finishing, and presentation of all food product meet the company's standards. • Conduct regular tastings of ingredients and prompt adjustments as necessary to maintain flavor consistency and quality. • Monitor and optimize preparation time to ensure efficient production while maintaining quality standards. • Operate and manage the pizza oven effectively to achieve optimal baking results. • Maintain knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas to the production process. • Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting physical stock counts, and reconciling closing stock. Requirements • Basic proficiency in reading and writing English • 10th standard pass or equivalent education preferred but not mandatory • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently. • Excellent teamwork skills
