Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic various South Indian, Continental and cafe-style dishes. Assist in menu planning and development of new recipes. Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of dishes. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation. Support senior chefs in food preparation and daily kitchen operations. Manage inventory levels and assist in stock ordering to prevent shortages. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain food quality and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Commis chef in a professional kitchen. Expertise in South Indian, Continental and cafe-style cuisine with strong knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients. Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Culinary diploma, Bachelors in Hotel Management or relevant certification is preferred. Why Join Us?
