Job Title: Commis Chef I & II - Indian Job Description: We are looking for passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our team. If you have a flair for creating exquisite dishes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. Key Responsibilities : Understanding of spices, marinades, and Indian culinary terminology. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following the recipes and guidelines provided by the head chef. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and portion control. Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including food safety and cleanliness of the station. Good knife skills and knowledge of food prep. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in Indian restaurants or hotels.
