Job Description

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook Indian dishes such as curries, gravies, tandoor items, biryanis, breads, and snacks.
  • Assist in developing new Indian menu items and specials.
  • Ensure correct portioning and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.

Kitchen Operations

  • Follow standard recipes and SOPs.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support Chef de Partie/Sous Chef during busy service periods.
  • Assist in developing new Indian menu items and specials.
  • Ensure correct portioning and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.

Coordination & Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen brigade.
  • Train junior staff (Commis II and III) when required.
  • Communicate effectively to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow HACCP, hygiene, and food safety guidelines.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
