In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the CDP and Sous Chef in cooking and ensuring all stations are kept neat and clean. Your key responsibilities will include regulating the temperature of kitchen equipment, preparing top-quality menu items, maintaining food logs, and monitoring the quality and quantity of food prepared. Additionally, you will be expected to comply with food hygiene conditions, operate kitchen equipment safely, and keep the work area hygienic at all times. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting the CDP and Sous Chef in cooking - Regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters - Pulling food from freezer storage to thaw - Ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish - Cooking and preparing top-quality menu items - Completing mise-en-place for food preparation - Following recipes and quality standards - Maintaining cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen You will need to have experience in Lebanese food and be proficient in English. Additionally, you should be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. You will also be expected to coordinate with other sections for requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
