Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager based in Pernem. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating front office activities and resolving guest issues effectively. The Front Office Manager will also ensure smooth check-in, check-out processes, and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office management
• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Leadership capabilities and ability to manage a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
