Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commi I to join our team at Wyndham. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a commercial kitchen setting, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
