Job Description

  • Prepare and cook dishes from Indian and Chinese cuisine following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is prepared before service and replenished as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
  • Follow proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness.
  • Assist in developing new dishes, menus, and specials under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Monitor portion control and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.
  • Coordinate with the stewarding team for dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations and supervise junior staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
