Commi Chef Continental Cuisine

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Cooking

• Assist in preparing mise-en-place for assigned sections (grill, sauté, cold kitchen, etc.).
• Cook and plate Continental dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food portions and quality are maintained consistently.
• Support senior chefs during service periods for smooth and timely operations.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared food items.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are used safely and maintained in good condition.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and uphold hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Report any shortages or maintenance issues to the Chef de Partie.

Quality & Hygiene

• Follow HACCP, FSSAI, and restaurant hygiene protocols at all times.
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene as per kitchen standards.

Teamwork & Coordination

Work collaboratively with other kitchen sections (Indian, Bakery, Pantry, etc.) to ensure timely service

• Communicate effectively with service staff for special requests or modifications.
• Learn continuously from senior chefs and participate in training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
