Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as Commi 1 & 2 specializing in Indian Curry, based in Indore. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian curry dishes, adhering to established recipes and standards. The role involves monitoring kitchen hygiene, ensuring the quality of food items, and adhering to safety standards. Employees will maintain clean workstations, assist senior chefs during busy meal preparations, and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking processes.
• Strong Culinary Skills, particularly in Indian cuisine, with the ability to prepare and present dishes.
• Knowledge of Hygiene and safety standards in kitchen environments.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is advantageous.
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus.
