Role & responsibilities The role involves generation of opportunity and breaking down the problem, proposing real estate solutions that are aligned with the goals of the companies with regards to budget, convenience & brand positioning. Generating new business development opportunities & working on leasing assignments of corporates Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings Steering detailed negotiation of intricate terms of an agreement, management of timelines, and balancing interests of all stakeholders involved - primarily the client & landlords. Responsible to tap MNC occupiers, Domestic occupiers including start-ups, flexible office /co working clients Implement client retention strategies to nurture long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high client satisfaction. Conduct thorough competitive analysis w.r.t. tracking market deals and competitor market share Responsible for cross selling Maintain strong relationship with across developer fraternity / Landlords Training direct reports and guiding them towards their desired / expected goals.
