Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and investment documents. Advise clients on venture capital and private equity transactions, including deal structuring and regulatory compliance. Conduct legal due diligence and prepare transaction documentation. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel as needed. Stay updated on corporate and financial regulations affecting private equity and venture capital investments. Qualifications & Experience LLB from a recognised university. Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial transactions, contract drafting, and private equity/venture capital advisory. Strong understanding of corporate laws and investment structures. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills & Attributes Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercial awareness and business acumen. Experience working with startups and investment firms is a plus.
