Role Overview: You will be working as a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team at EY on various Guidewire implementation projects for clients globally. Your main responsibilities will include contributing to different technical streams of the projects, communicating with onsite coordinators, monitoring project deliverables, mentoring the project team, and providing regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators. Additionally, you may need to interface with customer representatives as required and be willing to travel to customer locations when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a team leader to contribute to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects - Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators - Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team - Mentor the project team in project execution - Provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators - Interface with customer representatives as needed - Travel to customer locations on a need basis Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience - Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance - Experience in working on Commercial Lines of Business - Strong technical skills in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging System - Knowledge and experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Understanding and experience of software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Prior client-facing experience - Experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades in the Insurance sector is preferred About the Company: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
