Job Title: Commercial Executive Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in accounting, finance, or commercial operations) Company Name: Lyla Blanc India. Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Commercial Executive with a strong background in accounts and finance to support our commercial operations. This role bridges finance and business by ensuring profitability, compliance, and smooth coordination between sales, procurement, and accounts. Key Responsibilities: Assist in pricing strategies, margin analysis, and cost estimation Prepare and analyze commercial reports including revenue forecasts and variance analysis Manage client billing, credit control, and payment follow-ups Coordinate with sales, procurement, and accounts departments for smooth transaction flow Review and manage commercial contracts and agreements (pricing, terms, conditions) Track receivables and payables to ensure timely collections and vendor payments Handle tax compliance aspects related to commercial transactions (GST, TDS, etc.) Support budget planning and monitor actuals vs. forecasts Maintain data accuracy in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage cross-functional coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
