Responsibilities Develop clean, scalable, and efficient UI in Flutter for Android and (optionally) iOS. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect responsive UI. Implement workflows for visitor entry, material in/out, facial recognition, attendance, key register, etc. Integrate Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Authentication) with the frontend. Handle offline-first data sync using Hive/local DB when needed. Collaborate with backend and product teams for rapid MVP releases. Write modular and reusable widgets and components. Optimize app performance and reduce widget rebuilds. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles. Requirements 2+ years of Flutter development experience. Solid understanding of Dart, widget lifecycle, state management (Provider/GetX/Riverpod). Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Storage). Proficient in REST API integration, error handling, pagination. Familiarity with Git and agile workflows. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Good to Have Experience building SaaS or ERP-style apps. Knowledge of offline sync, Hive/SQLite. Familiarity with deployment to Play Store. Worked with WhatsApp/TG APIs or biometric/face recognition features. Prior experience in B2B or enterprise apps.
