Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef Trainer based in Ludhiana. The Commis Chef Trainer will be responsible for training and mentoring individuals in preparation and cooking techniques, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. The role also includes creating a curriculum, conducting hands-on training sessions, and fostering a positive learning environment to help trainees build their culinary skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and recipe development
• Experience in teaching or mentoring individuals in a professional kitchen environment
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene practices, and food hygiene standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Culinary Arts or Food Preparation preferred
• Previous experience working as a chef or in a similar role is an advantage
• Commitment to contributing positively to the community and empowering underprivileged individuals
