Colour Sorter - Machine Operator

As an operator of Colour Sortex machines, your main role will involve sorting products based on color, size, and quality parameters. This will require you to set up and adjust machine settings for different products and batches, as well as perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the Color Sortex equipment. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the machine is cleaned and maintained in good working order. Additionally, you will need to inspect sorted products to ensure they meet quality standards and document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the operation. Your strong multitasking abilities will be essential for efficiently handling factory operations, managing production processes, supervising and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth workflow and high product standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor Colour Sortex machines for sorting products - Set up and adjust machine settings for different products and batches - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Color Sortex equipment - Ensure the machine is cleaned and maintained in good working order - Inspect sorted products to ensure they meet quality standards - Document production data, machine performance, and any operation issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience operating Sorter Machines - Strong multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and quality standards Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.
