• Mixing pigments, dyes, or inks to achieve precise color shades as per client specifications or standard shade cards (e.g., Pantone).
• Operating and utilizing lab equipment such as spectrophotometers and densitometers for accurate color analysis and measurement.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure color consistency and uniformity across different product batches or platforms.
• Conducting lab trials, sampling, and shade development for new products.
• Collaborating with design, production, and R&D teams to meet creative and technical expectations.
