Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Order to Cash Executive. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing, invoicing, and payment collections. The role involves engaging with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, generating financial reports, maintaining account reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with financial policies and deliver exceptional customer service during all transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Order Management, Invoicing, and Payment Processing
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Account Reconciliation, and Documentation
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel knowledge
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under strict deadlines and multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the Order-to-Cash process or relevant financial operations

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end

  Order to Cash cycle

• Process customer invoices, billing, and payment applications
• Perform

  cash posting

  , reconciliation, and resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth invoicing and collections
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies & SLA timelines

• 2+ years

  of experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
