Our state-of-the-art 5500 sq ft application lab features world-class ready-made formulations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer located in New Delhi. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivables, ensuring timely collections, performing analysis of overdue accounts, and contacting customers to resolve outstanding payments. The role includes maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, coordinating with the finance department, and negotiating payment plans as needed.
