Role & responsibilities Key responsibilities may include: Client Acquisition: Actively source and identify potential business clients who may require unsecured loans. Credit Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of applicants, reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess their creditworthiness. Loan Structuring: Design tailored unsecured loan packages based on the client's business needs and financial situation. Loan Application Process: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks associated with each loan application and manage the overall loan portfolio to minimize credit losses. Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets for unsecured business loans. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all lending activities comply with relevant banking regulations and internal policies. Potential Job Titles: Relationship Manager - Unsecured Business Loan, Credit Analyst - Unsecured Business Loan, Business Loan Officer, Area Sales Manager - Unsecured Business Loan, and Credit Manager - Unsecured Loan.
