This is an Great opportunity for Collection Managers !! Roles and Responsibilities He/ She should have overall experience in Home loan, Loan against property, Mortgages. He/ She should be Well versed in Other products like Vehicle loan, Personal loan, Credit Cards, Jewel loan collections. Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs. - Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections. Define and review collection strategies for the portfolio managed. Represent the organization in front of legal/ statutory bodies as required by the legal team and ensure that the collection team adheres to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force Manage and deliver performance in terms of, resolution, roll backs, collection rates/ values and optimum utilization of field resources to increase efficiencies as per the target set for the assigned portfolio. Ensure compliance to all Audit / Regulatory bodies as well as policies and procedures of the company Achieving collection goals and targets for the Branch and reporting metrics to senior management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Addressing legal requirements through the local legal resource in liaison with the Legal Support. Ensure the work flow is planned and all the necessary interventions are actioned to achieve the Baseline in order to improve collections Efficiency. To ensure follow up is done as per the laid down process wrt to allocation, Account level review of cases tagged as NC, dispute, expired etc. Age Below 38 Years Desired Candidate Profile i) Minimum of 4+ Years of Experience. ii) Hand full experience in collections in Home loan, loan against property, mortgages.
