Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Bhadrak. The Collections Manager will oversee the collection process, ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, and monitor key collection metrics. Responsibilities also include managing a team of collection officers, conducting regular performance reviews, and developing strategies to improve collection efficiency. The role involves monitoring delinquency levels, building strong customer relationships to ensure resolution, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.

• Proven skills in team management, leadership, and staff training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve collection strategies
• Knowledge of credit collection processes, loan management, and financial regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in using data management and reporting tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a relevant field
• Ability to work on-site in Bhadrak and travel within the assigned territory if necessary
