Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding debts from customers. Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of bad debts through various channels (telephone calls, emails, visits). Develop strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and disputes. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in credit collection or related field. Strong knowledge of Collections Process, Debt Collection, Debt Management, Debt Recovery, Payment Collection, Recovery Operations, and Recovery. Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively over phone/email/in-person meetings.
