Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Collection Officer to join our team in Bihar and Jharkhand. Responsibilities : Contact customers through personal visit and via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding debts. Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions. Resolve payment discrepancies and address customer inquiries. Identify and escalate potential collection issues to management. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including fair debt collection practices. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
