Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Officer, located in Katihar. The Collection Officer will be responsible for debt collection, cash collection, and managing customer service interactions to ensure timely payments. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, creating and executing collection strategies, and maintaining accurate collection records. The role requires close collaboration with the finance team to assess and improve collection processes.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Finance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the finance sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
