Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Collection Manager to join our team in Durgapur. The ideal candidate will have 11-14 years of experience in collections, with a strong background in managing teams and achieving targets.
Roles and Responsibility

Achieve assigned collection targets while ensuring adherence to SOPs and legal norms.

Ensure timely deposits of collected amounts into the branch within specified timelines.

Provide feedback from collection activities to the Collection System.

Adhere to the Code of Conduct and report service issues to the supervisor promptly.

Follow all related procedures and documentation.

Maintain relations with law enforcement agencies and courts for effective recovery of dues.

Implement legal tools and ensure proper documentation of case files for foreclosure.

Manage accounts to meet defined timelines and maintain continuous feedback with the local Credit team.

Conduct periodic collection agency audits and exercise control over agency performance through recruitment, training, and productivity management.

Job

Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 11 years of experience in collections.

Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial services.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.

Experience in managing teams and achieving targets.

Skills in auditing, MIS reporting, and compliance.
