Key Responsibilities:Visit customers/clients for payment collection as per assigned routes or areas. Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments. Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions. Submit daily collection reports to the branch/manager. Resolve customer queries related to payment or billing issues. Coordinate with the accounts and billing teams for discrepancies. Ensure cash handling and deposit procedures are followed properly. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Adhere to company policies and collection guidelines. Achieve the monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
