Job Description

Role Overview:
The Collections Executive will manage fee collections, handle loan processes, and maintain accurate payment records for existing clients. The role involves following up with students/clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing clients/students for pending or overdue payments.
  • Handle loan processing and assist clients with documentation.
  • Update and maintain accurate payment records in the system.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Academic Counselors , and Student Services to resolve discrepancies.
  • Send reminders and notices for pending payments as per policies.
  • Prepare simple reports on collections and payment status.
  • Address client/student queries related to payments or loans professionally.

During the training period, the package will be ₹17,500 for the first 3 to 6 months. After confirmation (completion of probation), it will be ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, based on performance.

Perfect role for Freshers—no experience required! Applicants with 1–2 years’ experience will also be given preference
