Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive based in New Delhi. The Collection Executive will manage debt collection processes, monitor outstanding payments, and enforce credit control measures to ensure timely payment. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, negotiating payment plans when necessary, analyzing financial data to identify payment trends, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. The role also involves maintaining professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to financial compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Credit Control experience
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients
• Analytical Skills to assess financial data and create actionable insights
• Basic understanding of Finance concepts and practices
• Proficiency in using financial software and records management systems
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
