Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Agent based in Siliguri. The Collection Agent will be responsible for debt collection and cash collection, managing collections of loan accounts in various stages, and ensuring timely payments. Additionally, the agent will handle communication with clients, provide customer service, and report on collection activities, maintaining records in accordance with company protocols. Qualifications Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities Basic understanding of Finance Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Finance or related field are beneficial Show more Show less
