Job Description

As a Lead Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement software solutions using OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices.
Design and document software architecture to support scalability and maintainability.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of software projects by effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.
Optimize software performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager with proven experience.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on relevant technologies.
