Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations for beverages and food items. Operations: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment. Workstation Maintenance: Keep the work area, equipment, and customer seating areas clean, sanitary, and organized. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and restock as needed.
