Coding Agent

Role Overview: As a member of our fast-growing AI research and data innovation company, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and refining autonomous coding workflows that focus on generating, debugging, and enhancing JavaScript and TypeScript code in various development scenarios. Your role will require you to validate code correctness, ensure compliance with best practices, optimize logic, and provide guidance to agents in multi-step implementation tasks. You will be working closely with the modern JS/TS ecosystem, including Node.js, frontend frameworks, APIs, tooling, and build systems, to assess output quality and enhance overall reasoning. This position is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and the ability to break down coding tasks into clear, reliable, and efficient solution pathways. Key Responsibilities: - Validate JS/TS patches, async workflows, and event-loop behavior. - Debug test failures using Jest/Mocha. - Utilize AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code) for reasoning and code analysis. - Review frontend/backend logic, API flows, and code structure. - Annotate issues with clarity, consistency, and correctness checks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 15 years of hands-on coding experience in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Strong understanding of async/await, promises, and Node.js architecture. - Experience with Jest/Mocha, debugging tools, Git, and PR review. - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools. - Proficient in async reasoning and debugging.,
