Role Overview: As a Program Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to review the Program direction letter in order to establish program details, production dates, and feature availability. You will need to understand the change content that requires feature rule Calibration and maintain ordering tables in line with specified market requirements and system rules adherence. Your role will involve liaising with Program, Scheduling, Plant, and vehicle engineering teams to achieve launch data enablers. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with marketing teams on potential improvements to the order guide process. You will also provide Hotline Support for program teams, supporting expediting the process in case of any critical requirements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining SAP HANA and its capabilities for PPM and codification business, as well as discussing HANA's role in real-time data processing for feature code and part integration. Understanding SAP data intelligence and its integration with HANA, HANA replication in a multi-mode environment, and discussing backup, restore, and security measures in HANA will also be part of your responsibilities.
