CodeIgniter Developer

• Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the

  CodeIgniter PHP framework

  .

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Build and maintain APIs, web services, and database-driven applications.

• Customize and extend existing applications to meet project requirements.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Maintain documentation for development processes, code, and applications.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 1+ years of hands-on experience

  with

  CodeIgniter framework

  .

• Proficient in

  PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

  .

• Strong knowledge of

  MVC architecture

  and

  OOP principles

  .

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (eg, payment gateways, SMS, email).

• Familiarity with

  Git / version control systems

  .

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of security practices and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other PHP frameworks (Laravel, Yii, Symfony).

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment (AWS, cPanel, etc).

• Experience with Agile methodologies
