Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our network, identify partnership opportunities, and drive member growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building relationships, strategizing growth initiatives, and representing a fast-growing business community. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with SIBEC’s objectives. Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and trade bodies. Drive new membership and sponsorship enrollments. Represent SIBEC in networking events, trade summits, and business meets. Identify collaboration opportunities with other chambers, associations, and global partners. Work closely with the Director and core team to achieve revenue and growth goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community management (preferably in B2B / chamber / trade / networking ecosystem). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
