What You'll Do: ✅ Sourcing & Screening: Identify and evaluate potential yoga and fitness coaches based on predefined criteria. ✅ Candidate Engagement: Connect with prospective coaches, provide relevant details, and answer queries about the onboarding process. ✅ Scheduling & Coordination: Set up and facilitate demo sessions for shortlisted coaches, ensuring a seamless experience. ✅ Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews, keeping both candidates and internal teams informed. ✅ Data & Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on progress, feedback from demo sessions, and onboarding outcomes. What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Education: MBA in any stream (HR/Marketing preferred). 🔹 Communication Pro: Strong verbal and written English skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams. 🔹 Self-Starter: Adaptable, motivated, and driven to meet recruitment goals. 🔹 Time Management: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Team Player: Open to learning and collaborating in a dynamic workspace.
